Elliot and Kristin came up to stay with us last weekend. El had a seminar and swearing in to attend in Boise one day, so their whole family came to make a trip out of it! We wanted to show them a fun time here, so we took them to this big pumpkin patch place in Meridian. It's right off the freeway and always looks fun whenever we pass it. The day started out freezing, so we were some of the only people there!
They spent a good majority of their time in the corn "sandbox". It was awesome finding little corn kernals in diapers and shoes and pants days later. :)
This big dinosaur-looking creature is right next to the freeway and the girls always talk about it when we see it. We were totally pumped to be able to go inside! The first 10 seconds of being in there Grace is crying and begging to get out. All it was was a pitch black maze. Nothing great.
Our expressions say it all...
The cow train...
the hay maze...
This huge jumping pillow....
farm kids ;)
The corn maze...the adults quickly realized a corn maze was not the best idea with 4 running children.
the hayride to see the huge pumpkin patch...
the pony ride...the girls kept saying, "yeehaw!" and called their ponies Bullseye, from Toy Story.
the Jones Family rocks!
We topped off this fun day with some wings and college football.
Perfect fall day!

Looks so fun. It is interesting how wherever you go, all corn mazes are really the same things. But they are fun wherever.
That was a ton o fun! It's always a good time hangin' out with you guys. You'll have to email me some of these cute pics sometime! :)
