This year the reunion was at Downata Hot springs in Downey Idaho. We got there a day late because Jared had to work, but it still was enough time to have a blast. Right when we got there we set up the tent trailor (my parents, which we will not go camping without now!), got our swimsuits on and headed for the big pool! The pool was really warm and had big waterslides, a splashpad for the kids, and lots and lots of Joneses!
That night we had the family talent show. The Chad Jones family formed an app-band using our phones and tablets as instruments. We played "it's a small world after all". Sadly a fuse in our speakers blew and it was a little scratchy, but still good.
After the show, everyone played volleyball in the sandy courts next to our campsite. That Jones family is so talented. Everyone is so good at volleyball!! It was really fun to watch.
Pulling into the campsite, there is this huge sign that I loved! They lit it up at night and it looked so cool....
It was pretty freeeeeezing the one night we stayed. Both girls ended up cuddling with us trying to get their little fingers and toes warm again.
They even cuddled with each other a bit :)
The next day we just chatted with everyone, played volleyball again and took family pictures. We had a great time and we're so thankful for the Jones bunch!
