Grace funnies

• The other day I had a dr.'s appointment. I told Gracie I'd be right back, I was going to the doctor. She looked at me very concerned and said, "Mom, are you going to get docted?" (which means poked with pokie shots...) I told her no.
• Grace ran into my room and said, "mom! Lucy is playing in the garbage again!" I said, "Well, Grace, can you go get her for me?" And Gracie replied, "No mom, that's your job." 
• She was taking a bath one day. She laid down in the water and the bubbles were all around her face. She closed her eyes and said, "Aaaaahhhh.....now this is the life!"
• We were in Old Navy the other day and Grace always loves to look at the mannequins in the front of the store. She touches their hands and pretends to talk to them. We were in the back of the store in the kid section and there was another mom there looking intently at clothes. She must have been holding really still because Grace went up and softly touched her arm and said, "Mom....is this one real?" :) 
• We drove by a day care that had a big swing set and slide outside of it. Gracie said, "Mom, can we go to that park?" I said, "Sorry, we're not allowed in that one." She said, "Mom, I AM a loud girl. See? AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!" (Big scream!) "Now can I go to that park?"
