For family night on Monday, we had a "P" theme...
We got a pizza. Then headed to the park. Came home and sang songs while Jared played the piano. Then carved a pumpkin! It was perfect! :)
It was both Grace and Lucy's first pumpkin carving experience, so I thought I'd document it:
Here is Gracie grossed out by the pumpkin guts.
Here I am, grossed out by the gutsy, slimey-ness, too.
Gracie was very intrigued by the whole carving process. Afterward, we had to really instill the danger of knives, she was ready to grab one and go for it. Jared did a great job carving the classic jack-o-lantern face.
