I have two older sisters who would always experiment on my hair. They used to clip in those giant 90's bows, style side ponytails, slick back one side of my hair while leaving the other side down, all that stuff. I remember always putting up a fight, crying...tattle-telling. Especially in this picture, I remember screaming while they were putting the foam curlers in. My Mom took a picture, telling me to smile and I pull this face: SO sassy. Until...they took the curlers out! Apparently I thought I looked pretty cute as a little Golden Girl look-alike, with my jazzy yellow clip-on earrings: Who knows, maybe this experience is where my love of hairstyling came into play. Jen, Min, I'm sorry for putting up a fight, and thank you for teaching me your hairstylin' skills. I owe you a lot :)
You remind me so much of a little girl that age in my life! Don't you?! Crazy, I think Lia and her Auntie-namesake are more similar than she and her daddy!
If it's any consolation, Jenny and Min would torture me too. They put curlers in my hair too...but I can't say I looked as cute as you did!
It is a good thing you had sisters that could do hair. Your mom wasn't too good at it. That's why my hair is short. You were such a cute little compliant sister. Mom

just be happy that your hair didn't fall out the weekend mom went out of town and I gave you a perm without permission....
You are the most adorable little girl--pouty face and all!

That is some big hair on such a little girl. Too adorable.
