2014 September

We went to Boise for Lia's baptism in September. It was a fun family day!
The two cute girls making everyone laugh....

Sibling love...

Whenever I drop Gracie off she walks a little way then turns around and waves at her mom. Melt my heart!

Front door painted blue!

Grace showing me her tap skills. This picture reminded me of Michael Jackson.

I started singing a lullaby to London to get her to sleep. It's called Baby Mine from Dumbo. One day I walked in on her singing it to her baby and it made my heart melt. "Baby Mine, don't you cry....baby mine dry your eyes....rest your head close to my  heart never to part baby of mine."

Playing at the park while we wait for Lucy at dance class.

Watching our neighbor Corinne play soccer. I sent grace to the concession stand to get two waters and she came back with two root beers. Stinker!

Counter tops in the master bathroom:

New countertops in the kitchen! We LOVE them!

Laundry room is almost complete...

Grace finds things around the yard and puts them in this little box.

Mid jump at Grandma's house...

Throwing the kids into the air, but it looks like they are jumping off of the roof! :)

We love our kitchen.

Dress up at the new house!

Getting a sliver out of my foot. Bless his heart.

Grace turned 6 on the 15th! She is getting to be such a mature young lady, we love having her as our big sister and big helper.

Fancy breakfast...

Presents before school!

High heels!

An American Girl doll that looks just like her and is wearing her same outfit. She loves her doll and named her Kara.

She asked for a ballerina cake...

And of course happy meals at McDonalds!

Opening presents with family and having birthday cake...

She really wanted to stick her face in her cake.....??

Grace is really the sweetest girl. She never does anything to be mean, the only times she gets in trouble is because of her intense curiosity. She is so creative and is constantly doing some sort of art project or craft of her own idea. She loves being sweet and tender with her little sisters and is a big helper for mom. She is a little on the "creative" side with keeping her room clean (It's ALWAYS messy! :)) But she is always willing to help. She loves to help cook meals and would love to be in charge and make mom leave the kitchen. :) She has brought me breakfast in bed many times without me knowing she is making anything. She uses funny words now, her latest is ,"Well that's unfortunate!" Her favorite color: Sparkly blue, Favorite food: cheesecake, Favorite candy: jolly ranchers. Favorite show: Barbie. Favorite game: hide and seek. Favorite family activity: Going to the zoo. Favorite thing to do: Play at the park. Best friend: Ruby Robbins.

Lucy started Joy School with some other kids we know. We hosted one of the first ones at our house and it was a big hit. The kids were so cute! (Alivia Reno, Abi James, Salem Peterson, James & Miles Rushton, & Carter Tindall)

I chopped my hair shorter than it's ever been in my married life! Last time it was this short was 8th grade. I'm really loving it.

Flying London!

Appliances! We are getting close!

Playing at the park...

We found this Ariel costume at a garage sale...

Happy 30th Birthday to Jared! We took him to breakfast, then sent him on a little scavenger hunt to find his gift. :)

New boots he'd had his eye on! They ended up being in my parent's basement!

That night I took him on a date to El Caporal, where they sang to him...

Followed by a movie (Transformers part 4 I think...)

The girls really wanted to have birthday cake for his birthday, so we bought a DQ cake with a fish on it! Also, Family and friends wrote sweet things on a birthday blog for him. www.jaredisthirty.blogspot.com. He really loved it.

Jared is the hardest worker I know. He is constantly doing his best in everything he does, and does it all for other people. He tries his very best to make his family happy, and he does. Everyone loves him and can't wait for him to get home from work every night. He is just simply the best.

New stair runner, trying it out by sliding down it on their bellies:
