Living in the Boise area had its perks. We visited the Boise Zoo a few times while we lived there. The girls really loved the animals and it kept them highly entertained!
One of our favorite family walks, when Jared could join us! (Usually on Sundays). His job building the fertilizer plant in Greenleaf took him away for many long-hour days. It was freezing cold on his job sight most of the time, and he'd usually get home in the dark. We soaked up every moment we could get with our favorite guy.
Meridian had the BEST park, we visited many many times. They had the best swings, musical instruments, playgrounds, rock wall, and splash pad. We met our friends Kenley and Asher Guymon there.
One date night we played the nasty jelly bean contest. We each picked the same color and whoever got the good tasting jelly bean won. They were awful! (Especially vomit....)
