We discovered the Rupert swimming pool. It is a lot of fun and the perfect size for our girls! We love meeting friends there and having a ball!
One day for "craft day" we made puppets and put on a fun little show! They did Cinderella and then made up their own stories.
Swim time getting close to nap time.....
A fun mother/daughter activity where we did nail polish and made flip flops at the church!
A sleepy swimmer:
We met our friends at the Hagerman fish hatchery for kid's fishing day. It was our girl's first time fishing, and was funny because it wasn't really "fishing". You could see hundreds of HUGE fish, and basically drop your line in front of the one you wanted. Our girl's first fish they've ever caught were 7-8 pounds! We did have a fun day with our friends and then went to Nick Barker's house after for a delicious fish fry.
London and Cru:
The three girls and then their three dads (who were best friends in High School).
Buddies for life!
I took the girls and my Mom to Wellsville, but then drove to Brigham City Pool for the day. It was a really fun pool with slides and a fun kid zone. One time all of the lifeguards started blowing their whistles and I look over to see one lifeguard with Grace in his arms. She had inched her way into the deep end!
SNOWCONES after swimming! Not long after this a huge windstorm came and almost blew us away!
Helping gather the eggs from the chicken coop:
Off on a walk by the Logan River. My girls love going to Wellsville.
Grace and Lucy were on the Gary Jones Construction t-ball team this year. They were hot pink (which they were thrilled about) and had a great time playing together!
Ice cream cones after the game never hurt.
We signed up for a Family History Kid's class for a couple of weeks in the summer. The class is taught by Sister Winn (our bishop's wife), and they take turns talking about Moms, Dads, Grandmas, Grandpas, etc. My girls really liked presenting their stories about their relatives and learning new songs, and doing crafts.
Our turn to clean the church, (with major bed-head!)
Father's Day! Celebrating the king of our household. We sure love our dad and all he does for us. He is so happy and positive and brings the fun into our house. We love him!
The annual Grandpa cherry pies:
We celebrated our 9th anniversary. Jared and I both reserved paddle boards without the other one knowing! Apparently that's what you do on your 9th anniversary! We had fun, but never got into the river completely, it was still pretty chilly.
We got dressed and headed to Stevo's for dinner. It was really yummy and had the best outside atmosphere.
