lovely day

On Saturday we took advantage of a beautiful fall day with no plans and hopped in our car for a cruise up Provo Canyon. We missed the neon yellow and red leaves by a couple weeks, but it was still really pretty...especially the view of Timp: Provo is gorgeous in the fall. We realized this is our last fall living here, so we soaked it all in. On our way back down the canyon we stopped at Bridal Veil falls. It was freezing cold, but Gracie loves any water and did her little sign for "rain" as soon as we saw the falls.
Later that same afternoon we treated Gracie to an adventure at Hee Haw farms! We knew they had a petting zoo, which is the main reason we went, since Gracie is obsessed with animals. We were pleasantly surprised at how fun it was:
Gracie's first reaction when seeing the horses and pigs (love at first sight):She was running around trying to smother all the animals with hugs, she has absolutely no fear. It was adorable. The animals were so terrified of all the kids, the pigs were squealing like crazy! Grace loves animals so much, sometimes she wishes she were one! There was a small hay maze for little kids we thought would be fun to send Gracie through...then Jared saw the sign that said, "Right turns only" and decided HE needed to do the maze. It really was difficult, but he finally got it! :)
Cute as a pumpkin!
She loved the little pumpkin patch, she had to touch all of them.
Our little pumpkin is 2'6''...She's getting so big! It was such a fun day.

We just can't get enough of this season!
